1. Eligibility for Return/Refund

Video proof of unboxing is mandatory for all claims. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the issue with the product.

Without proper unboxing video proof, the claim will not be accepted.
2. Return/Refund Process

Send your claim with order ID, issue details, and unboxing video to Contact@bachchaparty.in or Call /WhatsApp +91 78983 35556 within 48 hours of delivery.or on website support.

Our team will verify the claim.

If approved:

A replacement will be shipped (subject to stock availability).

Or a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Products without valid unboxing video proof.

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Personal care, hygiene, or customized items.
4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed and the above return policy will apply.
